LexFund offers a simple, transparent model with no upfront costs—attorneys and funders can join for free. We charge a flat 2% fee on capital committed through the platform, with no hidden fees or additional charges.

What types of cases are eligible for funding on LexFund?

LexFund supports a wide range of litigation. Attorneys can submit any case, and funders can quickly filter by case type, stage of claim, investment size, and other criteria to find opportunities that match their strategies.

Is LexFund only for single-case litigation funding?

LexFund currently focuses on single-case funding but will soon expand to portfolios, law firm lending, and other legal financing options.

Are non-U.S. cases eligible for LexFund?

Currently, LexFund supports only U.S.-based cases, but we are actively planning future expansion to accommodate international legal claims.

Who can apply for litigation funding?

Only attorneys representing plaintiffs can apply to LexFund for litigation funding. Plaintiffs themselves cannot apply directly, ensuring that all applications are made with full legal oversight.

Who are the attorneys?

LexFund is for plaintiff-side attorneys handling commercial, mass tort, and other litigation seeking financial backing.

Who are the funders?

LexFund's funders include curated established litigation finance firms, institutional investors, and specialized law firm lenders.
